How I work
Software that fits the business it runs
Start from how people actually work
Seven years in customer support taught me where systems fail people. So I build for the real workflow: phone-only accounts when customers have no e-mail, a quote list when a shop has no prices yet.
Typed, tested, checked
Strict TypeScript, tests next to the code, and CI that refuses a missing translation. This site is built the same way; the source is public.
Write it down
Handover notes after every build session, a findings list instead of silent fixes, and documentation that carried a team through a change in leadership.
About
From support lead to software engineer
I spent years leading remote support teams for Amazon and AAA games before I moved into building the systems myself. Now I write Vue and TypeScript for a living, run my own businesses, and finish my BSc in Computer Science in December 2026.
